hey.. i was wondering how i would be able to make borders on images in photoshop... im having a hard time making borders.. if anyone could tell me plz... =(

hmm i tried looking on my photoshop but i couldnt find a way but usually when i want to make a border i use my pen/pencil tool . So it may work for you to
