scrollbar inside boxes, please help me.

Senior Member Group: Member Posts: 108 Joined: Feb 2005 Member No: 104,631	when i made my layout i added extra boxes on the sides for about me, navigation and all those greatt things. but now i need a scrollbar to go inside the boxes i made....is there anyway i can do that?
