scrollbar inside boxes, please help me. |

when i made my layout i added extra boxes on the sides for about me, navigation and all those greatt things.
but now i need a scrollbar to go inside the boxes i made....is there anyway i can do that? |

my site and also how do i change the background for my entries to black? like i keep changing everything font and w/e to black..and its like..not working? |
