besides this question, i have another question also: i have panty liners and 3 hours after the panty liner is all bloody and lots of blood is in my pants and panties., and my panty liner is in the correct position. what should i do to prevent this problem?

use pads!!! pantyliners are for discharge and light flow days(old people).
