besides this question, i have another question also: i have panty liners and 3 hours after the panty liner is all bloody and lots of blood is in my pants and panties., and my panty liner is in the correct position. what should i do to prevent this problem?

my period lasts for a week..sometimes a little longer
the bulk of the blood and whatnot lasts for about 3-4 days but after that, i get traces of leftover stuff...it takes a few days for that crap to clear up...
