This may be a dumb question to you...but how do you border text? eg. Base 02
I've seen people do it and stuff for a long time, but then i just realised that i dont know how to do it...help appreciated...thnx =] |

ok. hmm how do I explain it. Well first of all, do you have Photoshop? Cause I am pretty sure you can do with PSP, but I just don't know how. |
