theres this girl.., i dont know what to think.. Options

so theres this girl ive liked since 8th grade. its pathetic, but i still like her.. (im in 10th grade now) we go to different schools now but we still see each other once a week and even if i try to "stop liking her" i cant. until a few months ago she was friendly to me, talked to me a bit, smiled at me, did that "eye contact" stuff and all that, but then at her school some guy asked her out and she ended up having a bf for a week or so and then he just left her so now she just seems cold towards most guys. i tried talking to her on aim but she seems to have changed a lot and i just dont know what to do... what makes it worse is that she laughs at my friends jokes and seems to like him more than me now. i just dont get it.

and i know this is sorta changing the subject, but can someone explain the whole eye contact thing to me? theres another girl who i make eye contact with at school in one of my classes and shes pretty cute and nice and all but i doubt she feels anything for me.. just wondering. im more concerned about that first thing i said ^

anyways, i think that, this might be heartbreaking but, she`s trying to avoid you because she doesn`t want to give you mixed signals? i mean, she`s liked you before, but got with another guy? and now it`s possibly that she likes your friend?

well, advice you for, it`s pretty much your choice. if you think that 2 years was worth holding on to her, then keep on trying! if you think you want to move on and find another girl, you can do that too
