Okay, well Ive been starting to like this guy and the other day my best friend instant messages me like Do you like him? I told her a little. She freaked out. Shes like oh boy but I like him too omgg! she got mad at me for a while. Now shes not talking to me. I told her I don't really like him but she's still all pissy about it. Better yet, this isn't the first time it's happened. I don't know what to do...I appologize and it doesnt work. I'm trying not to talk to the guy either but nothings working out. I NEEEEED HELLPP! :(

Your friend isn't exactly being a friend over the matter. If she really was your friend she'd understand that you're a girl and that you've got feelings and if you end up liking the same guy it's not the end of the world. The worst thing that could happen would be if one of you were lying, which obviously isn't the case...so you should be proud of actually letting her know regardless of how she personally feels. Honesty is the key to success in any relationship and/or friendship.
If she continues to put you down and not respect your feelings, then I would part ways...at least for a while. |
