I'm in love with eyeliner, do you wear it or not? Liquid or pencil? I only put it on the bottom, I don't know if you should or how to put it on the top? Whatever.. A new topic about eyeliner.

i wear eye-liner practically every day...i use pencil but only when i'm wearing bright colored eyeshadow...when i'm wearing like a skin-tone-shimmer eyeshadow, i wear liquid...but it's really hard putting the liquid on..i'm just not used to it...this is what i do when i apply liquid...
-i apply really slowly on my bottom lid... -it'll probably get in my eye  -when it does, i pull my bottom lid down and let the liquid liner go to the side of my eye -then i wipe it out and i can see normal again  hope that helps with n e body who has liquid liner problems, it works for me and my cousin... |
