horizontal scrollbar, will NOT go away Options

*stabs her skin to death* this thing is bugging the crap outta me. ive recoded, remapped...ive tried to think of everything and yet the horizonal bar will not go away. it doesnt matter how many pixels i put!! i use to work but now its just gah! someone please help before i reach insanity!!!!

ok i tried it oout on my testing site and its because the background image is too wide make it smaller
