Does Style XP 3.0 bundle spyware and adware with it? Because I want to get it but I don't want spyware. Maybe it was just the older versions...

where do i extract or like load my windowblinds file to, everytime i download some iunno where i should send it

Once you do, once you download .zip files they should be on your desktop or something. If it's a .zip, highlight all the files then hit extract. If it's in the Windowblinds format (.wba [I think.]) then at the bottom of your screen it should say new skin installed or whatever. Then you slick that dialogue or open WindowBlinds. |
