Do you believe that people often living in poor areas are mostly likely to commit a crime all the time? In history class, my teacher said no and i totally agree. Crimes can happen anywhere in the US. it dosent always have to be a poor area like the ghetto and stuff..it dosent matter..what do you guys think? I think of this really confusing too

Well yeah...we don't really know whether or not the poor people steal more or cause most of the crimes because we're not there..
 But then again, there's those people called the Police so...let's just say I agree with someflipguy...
