This isn't your regular friends or more sort of topic. Theres a lot more to it and it may get confusing, so be prepared.
So I used to like this kid Josh. He was also a friend of mine. He still is. My other friend Cassie was going out with JJ at this time. When she broke up with JJ she started liking Josh. He liked her too, so I couldn't really do anything, I just stopped liking Josh. Well then I went out with this kid named Kevin. Josh and I became even closer because Josh and Kevin are friends. Sometimes Josh and I would spend 5 hours on the phone a day, just talking about Cassie and Kevin. By beginning of January, we were really close. Cassie and Kevin began to get jealous and thought that we were cheating on them, although all it was, was a tight friendship. Josh actually listened to me. I could see their point though, so I just stopped talking to Josh as much. We saw each other at school, but only for about 2-3 minutes a day. About 2 weeks ago, Kevin and I broke up. Cassie and Josh also were having "relationship problems" I guess you could call them. She was just getting really jealous and not letting him hang out with any friends. I helped them through this so that they were both really happy again. Well anyway, on Friday, I was talking to Josh online. We hadn't been talking for about 10 minutes, but I still had the IM up. He IMs me and it says this "I think she likes em too, but I don't think she would ever admit it to me." I asked him what that was and he was like... "Whoops, I meant to say that to someone else, don't worry about it." Well anyway, I began to wonder, so I asked one of my friends for advice on whether I should tell Cassie or not. She said "Tori, I think he likes you." I said "WHAT?!?!?!" She said "Just the way he talks to you and that one time he hugged you, it seems he likes you." She didn't tell me anything about whether to tell Cassie or not, so now I'm wondering whether or not to do so. If I do tell her, she may end up dumping him because of it, or it could eventually cause them to break up. Then if it was me that he likes, he will probably ask me out, and I will probably go out with him because he is such a nice guy and hes kind of cute too. So therefore I will lose her as a friend. I also risk losing him as a friend, if it wasn't what he meant, cause notice that he said "I think she likes em.." He could have meant me or them. I don't know. If I don't tell her, and she finds out that I knew or something, or that he likes me, she will be mad at me. She probably won't hate me, and Josh won't hate me either. So weighing out both things it sounds like I shouldn't tell her, but that just doesn't seem like the right thing to do, moral wise... What should I do? |

That's a very hard situation...
but I would just wait for Cassie and Josh to break up, and if Josh breaks up with her first, and asks you, that would really be bad... I think you shouldn't of helped them with their "relationship problems" because they probably had their reasons. Or maybe he wasn't even talking about you at all... |

I guess I'm just too nice for helping them, but when they both ask you for help, what do you do. Yea, I don't even know if he was talking about me or himself, hence my confusion. |
