change the title on the top, the words on top of the window

what the heck is a custom member title? Group: Member Posts: 166 Joined: Dec 2004 Member No: 76,834	on the top of the window (where the close and minimize buttons are) people have text there. for example click here on the top it says ~..swim with me..~ how do u do that??
