ok...i want to make a layout
like thiiss IMAGE HEADER HERE EXTRA HEADER BLOG get what im saying? i want to put a fixed text box with no scrollbars...erg...thats the best way i can explain it |

aadorkiible wants a banner at the top, then another regular header under the banner, and then the blog.
