do you think love can be so much more than just a romantic aspect?

like it can help you and ur gf/bf strive to such great heights (together)? even for the future. i dunno how else to put it. tell me if i need to be more specific..

If you mean helping each other striving for your goals in the future, then tes. Having a romantic relationship with someone, but also being their companion shows a strong relationship and with that they can help each other in the future.

yeah thats wat i meant. my bf and i have been together for 2years now in a long distant relationship visiting each other every 2-3months. through the time and distance we've been apart, we've only grown closer than ever rather than apart n that really means something.. we've both made such great impacts in each others lives from the begining n achieved so much.. we're in a very serious relationship and he loves me more than anything in the world.

however, recently he's gotten so terrified that he might've gotten in my way of a better future for me (its long & complicated) saying he's scared that he wont give me wat i deserve in the future.. n told me i should set him & our relationship aside until im done with college.. i went crazy, it was hard for him as it was for me. all i wanted was to get through all this with him. i knew we could do this cuz we've gone thru so much for the passed 2years.. he thought it would be for my best.

later we settled our issues and i reminded him of the dreams & goals we always had together & that wat we have will help us strive through it together as it has for the passed 2 years, why stop now? see where our love can take us even further.. why stop something thats not even damaged? our love is so extremely strong.. i dunno i hope im making sense. but yeah.. we're still together =.) thank god

i guess he got cold feet or somethin like that, but he's so relieved that i talked him into his senses cuz he had so much on his mind and was getting scared of the future getting near. it is a scarey thing..

so love/strong relationship can help me strive through our goals together right?
cuz i strongly believe it does..
