how do i know when people reply to my posts here |

instead of searching through all of the forums to see what people replied to my questions, is there an easier way to do this?

When you reply to a topic click on "add reply" and than write whatever you have to write and than look for "email notification of replies". It's right above the file attachments. Click on that box and everytime peole reply you'll get an email telling you someone replied.
