ok so one of the girls i've been dating has told me she loves me after only 3 weeks......is this to early? what are your experiences?

Me and my boyfriend said it in a month... and we mean it from the bottom of our hearts. But we were also best friends for a year and a half before we started going out.... so maybe that's why.
