![]() Okay, Not exactly an F but close.. I have a C- I'm not fit at all. I'm skinny, or so my so-called friends say so. But, I'm still not fit. How do I get into good shape? So I won't get too tired running? Will drinking milk actually help? Does it only make your bones stronger? I always get cramps. There's a topic on "crampz" but no one's really helping on that.. someone else made it and I'm to lazy to post the link... Everytime we have to run laps.. I always have to walk, I have to stop.. and I don't know why.. My stomache is like killing me.. x.x" So, any tips? >< Because I REALLY need it. Move this if it doesn't belong here.. ![]() thanks.. ![]() |

you have to push yourself. though this coming from someone who does track and has no problem with running, i used to. i had to first try to run, even if you're going really slow. practice out of pe, cuz if thats the only exercise you get, it's not gonna do much. try a after school sport or sumthing, anything to get more exercise. the more u get, the stronger your cardio-vascular (heart/lung) endurance will be.
