Okay.. so far, my family told me that if you wear glasses 24/7 it is bad for you. But then, some of my friends told me if you don't wear glasses it'll make your eyes worst. A few of my other friends agreed with my family... x.x so what do you think? please state why.. I really want to know why..
edit: no.. i need glasses.. but i can still see without them.. it's just a little blurry.. =/ i wore my glasses to sleep once.. lols =x |

If you need to wear glasses, wear them (except when you're sleeping of course). It's not good for your eyes if you don't wear them when you're supposed to. It strains your eyes.
