![]() Okay, Not exactly an F but close.. I have a C- I'm not fit at all. I'm skinny, or so my so-called friends say so. But, I'm still not fit. How do I get into good shape? So I won't get too tired running? Will drinking milk actually help? Does it only make your bones stronger? I always get cramps. There's a topic on "crampz" but no one's really helping on that.. someone else made it and I'm to lazy to post the link... Everytime we have to run laps.. I always have to walk, I have to stop.. and I don't know why.. My stomache is like killing me.. x.x" So, any tips? >< Because I REALLY need it. for our school we have to run on mondays wednesdays and fridays and each day the run is little longer and they are timed. i guess what you should just do is do it slowly in increments. but suppsedly cramps while running shoudlnt really prevent you from running. its just your mind. if you dont think about it and keep working you can last for a little longer. you'll build cardio up no worries! i'm skinny too. but then i play alot of sports.
