![]() Okay, Not exactly an F but close.. I have a C- I'm not fit at all. I'm skinny, or so my so-called friends say so. But, I'm still not fit. How do I get into good shape? So I won't get too tired running? Will drinking milk actually help? Does it only make your bones stronger? I always get cramps. There's a topic on "crampz" but no one's really helping on that.. someone else made it and I'm to lazy to post the link... Everytime we have to run laps.. I always have to walk, I have to stop.. and I don't know why.. My stomache is like killing me.. x.x" So, any tips? >< Because I REALLY need it. you get cramps because you dont get enough oxygen into ur system. Drinking milk just gives calcium, that doesnt do much. im not like an expert or anything but uh you could try gaining some weight and play sports.
btw, what was ur mile time? ....you cant get a c- for running slow...unless ur at some athletic school or soemi;ng. don't take my advice tho, go here, see if it helps: http://my.webmd.com/content/article/59/66860.htm hope it helps. |
