I've got a question on gif's. I made a buddy icon, but it's to big for AIM, I've tried a lot of things to make it smaller, but I can't make it small enough without losing a bunch of quality. You guys have any tips? Thanks.

If you're making it on MS. paint, usually it doesn;t work.
I make it with iconart.. you could always make the demensions(sp) 48x48 because it still works for me. |
