Moving navigation box and weblog independantly, I cant find a way. Options

I have a pretty good understanding of what I’m doing, but I’m still new. I’ve been making this skin for my xanga, as you can tell I’ve gotten far, I used Image mapping for my skin, I wish to have my blog on top of the "screen" and I want subscriptions on top of the Subscriptions "screen" in the lower right. As for getting rid of the Navigation and About me sections Plus getting rid of the whole page vertical scrollbars I can do later, But I cannot figure out how to move the Weblog and the navigation menu area independently, Please help, I’ve tried css code, div layering, everything. I can move the navigation menu horizontally by itself but when I move it vertically, the navigation menu box and the weblog move together. As for moving the weblog using css and using div layers, both approaches they move together. How do I move them Independently?!

Thanks I got it all figured out, I would have to figure out how to make my blog end at a certain point, but forget it, im just going to redue to skin to fit it. Thanks you sooo much, you can close the topic mod.
