![]() Okay, Not exactly an F but close.. I have a C- I'm not fit at all. I'm skinny, or so my so-called friends say so. But, I'm still not fit. How do I get into good shape? So I won't get too tired running? Will drinking milk actually help? Does it only make your bones stronger? I always get cramps. There's a topic on "crampz" but no one's really helping on that.. someone else made it and I'm to lazy to post the link... Everytime we have to run laps.. I always have to walk, I have to stop.. and I don't know why.. My stomache is like killing me.. x.x" So, any tips? >< Because I REALLY need it. Move this if it doesn't belong here.. ![]() thanks.. ![]() |

If I have "cramps" during PE, this is what I do:
Me: "Ms Mitton, I'm not feeling so well...I think I'm coming down with a cold." Teacher: "Oh okay, just walk around then. Or sit down. We don't want you to get any sicker!" Me: "Okay...I'll bring a note next class." Teacher: "Okay, dear!" Mind you, that was the lesbian teacher that likes to watch the girls change, so...yeah. I don't really have to worry about running, so I can't help you much. Last year's PE teacher always told us to breathe in and out of our nose, though. And bring a water bottle along with you when running. Keep a clear mind and don't give yourself negative thoughts, because we are all physically capable of running, but it's our minds that stop us from doing so. |
