![]() Okay, Not exactly an F but close.. I have a C- I'm not fit at all. I'm skinny, or so my so-called friends say so. But, I'm still not fit. How do I get into good shape? So I won't get too tired running? Will drinking milk actually help? Does it only make your bones stronger? I always get cramps. There's a topic on "crampz" but no one's really helping on that.. someone else made it and I'm to lazy to post the link... Everytime we have to run laps.. I always have to walk, I have to stop.. and I don't know why.. My stomache is like killing me.. x.x" So, any tips? >< Because I REALLY need it. Well, I get really bad cramps too. (The stomach thingi-ma-jogger-ness).
If you really are "too skinny" eat meat. Eating fast food is a way to gain weight, BUT VERY UNHEALTHY. So yeah. Practice running, don't start out sprinting. Start out slowly jogging so you could use the rest of your stronger energy for the near end of laps. Hope it helps, and hope everyone else's helps. |
