![]() Okay, Not exactly an F but close.. I have a C- I'm not fit at all. I'm skinny, or so my so-called friends say so. But, I'm still not fit. How do I get into good shape? So I won't get too tired running? Will drinking milk actually help? Does it only make your bones stronger? I always get cramps. There's a topic on "crampz" but no one's really helping on that.. someone else made it and I'm to lazy to post the link... Everytime we have to run laps.. I always have to walk, I have to stop.. and I don't know why.. My stomache is like killing me.. x.x" So, any tips? >< Because I REALLY need it. haha, stretch before you run, dont like run sprint just take a nice jog
take deep breaths and keep a steady pace, drink a little bit of water before you run eat healthy like in the morningns get good rest before a big run it takes a while to get your legs worked up :D |
