![]() Okay, Not exactly an F but close.. I have a C- I'm not fit at all. I'm skinny, or so my so-called friends say so. But, I'm still not fit. How do I get into good shape? So I won't get too tired running? Will drinking milk actually help? Does it only make your bones stronger? I always get cramps. There's a topic on "crampz" but no one's really helping on that.. someone else made it and I'm to lazy to post the link... Everytime we have to run laps.. I always have to walk, I have to stop.. and I don't know why.. My stomache is like killing me.. x.x" So, any tips? >< Because I REALLY need it. Omfg.. ow. Same with me. I cant do a cartwheel and I need tips on that.

I'm a lazy bum, spending my time listening to music, obsessing over boys, on the phone, and on the computer. so.. like.. just.. i guess push yourself. . . try to. =\ In my PE, it doesnt matter if we run slow. Only if we dont stop so we can run slowly.. eh. confusnig myself. ![]() |
