![]() Okay, Not exactly an F but close.. I have a C- I'm not fit at all. I'm skinny, or so my so-called friends say so. But, I'm still not fit. How do I get into good shape? So I won't get too tired running? Will drinking milk actually help? Does it only make your bones stronger? I always get cramps. There's a topic on "crampz" but no one's really helping on that.. someone else made it and I'm to lazy to post the link... Everytime we have to run laps.. I always have to walk, I have to stop.. and I don't know why.. My stomache is like killing me.. x.x" So, any tips? >< Because I REALLY need it. I got a C in gym also, But only because I sat out so many times. I always have trouble running.. Alot of times I can barely breathe. I always sat out because I was always getting sick. Its not good for me to run when I have a cold, Because my temp goes up high ^^ Above 102.
Uhm.. Just try running extra? Maybe doing extra "work-outs" at home. I did that for a while. Usually to keep my self skinny, I'll take my Taebo tape n' do that for about 1 hour a day? It helps me! :) |
