i got a HUGE pimple on my nose (AND IT'S SUPPPER NOTICABLE)
 (embarassed) how do i make it go away?! i already tried those clean & clear, neutrogena, and stridex stuff for a LONG time and it's still there...AND i've been washing my face everyday and it's still not getting better =[ any advice? |

dont stress! this causes more pimples to form!!!
its normal to get pimples, im 22 and i still get them! wash your fash twice a day. wash your makeup off too! i use those biore strips every week or so and they help. if u have a zit, do NOT pop it under ANY circumstances. just let it do its business. to help heal it faster, put toothpaste on it or use the clearasel zit cream, or something that has at least a .5% salicyic acid. and contrary to popular belief, chocolate or greasy foods does NOT cause pimples ... your age, genes and how you treat your body (sleep, washing, touching your face) affect if you have pimples or not. |
