I do lots of sports...
I take medicines... I even do sit ups everyday but the big belly just stick on my body forever... WAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA ANyone have the same situation as mine? |

WAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA ANyone have the same situation as mine? ... yea you need to do cardiovascular activities, like running, riding bicycle, etc. your heart rate needs to be i believe in the 140s and higher when it starts to burn off calories which burns off fat. doing sit ups just tighens the muscles UNDERNEATH the skin, it doesnt remove the fat above it. doing that you must do cardovascular activities. good luck (i have the same problems too, so dont feel discouraged) |
