CRAMPZ!, HOW DO I STOP THEM???

ok many ppl looking at this topic would prolly think i mean THE OTHER kindn of crampz but no, i know how to control them, MIDOL! but i have HORRIBLE LEG crampz and they seem criplign sometimes i have tried eating healither and nothing seems to work does anyone have a solution!??!?

o.O does anyone here REALLY know how to prevent us from getting it? cuz i always get it when i run.. it's awful. x.x"

stretch your leg muscle. when stretching, don't bounce and hold the muscle for at LEAST 30 seconds otherwise the stretch isn't really a stretch. When you are done running or whatever exercise you are performing, stretch again. When stretching, take your time; it should take approx. 5 minutes. If you're muscles are in pain afterwards, that means you are building a muscle .. you may have worked it a bit much than you should've. To allevate the pain, take a hot bath. This will loosen the muscle a bit, so will heating pads. ALSO, drink lots of water .. this can help lessen the chance of getting these cramps because your muscles are dehydrayed pinch.gif well, good luck!
