i know that there may be other factors, other motivators, but i just want to know, out of these choices, which one keeps you working the most? why do you study, why do you do homework, why do you pursue academics? by the way, if you, in fact, do not feel an obligation toward education, please do not vote or post in this thread.

Money and Curiousity are my best choices.
I want lots of money so I can take my mom to the places that she has never been to, like Paris for instance. Also my mom's family who lives in Seoul, Korea now. And fill my sister's wardrobe. I want to buy her clothes. Her favorite clothes of course. But I don't want her to turn like a spoiled brat -- no ways. Maybe if I get rich, my dad will come back to my mom? Also I want to live in a big house and get my favorite car haha. Also give moneys to my church. But if I get too rich, that would be a problem cause it would be hard finding a husband. You never know they might marry you cause you're very rich. Eck I don't like those kinds of guys. It's very hard to find a husband who doesn't really care if you are rich or poor. Also I'm interested in learning lots of stuff. I like to learn more about animals, insects, the weather. I like to learn more about music instruments. So much. I don't think anyone is making me do all of these. Probably to boost my self-eestem too? . . |
