i cant open the tape thingy like i cant take the tape out of the tape thing to use the tape :(

... Um.. You can't take out the tape from the dispenser? Do you mean where you're trying to pull out the tape, but it's stuck and you can't seem to get it unstuck? You know what I mean? So it's still in a roll? If so, feel around the tape and try to find the edge and use your nails to dig it out or something.
