Okay.. so far, my family told me that if you wear glasses 24/7 it is bad for you. But then, some of my friends told me if you don't wear glasses it'll make your eyes worst. A few of my other friends agreed with my family... x.x so what do you think? please state why.. I really want to know why..
edit: no.. i need glasses.. but i can still see without them.. it's just a little blurry.. =/ i wore my glasses to sleep once.. lols =x |

Whether or not your wear glasses, your eyesight is still deteriorating. The thing that can slow it down, or pause it, are contact lenses. It's proven that after getting contacts, the degrees of your eyesight will stop increasing. Glasses make you able to see, they don't have any preventative characteristics.
