i put an extra module in my xanga and it wont show up is there something wrong with the code?

.. not to sound like a bother, but for me, it allows me to use html.
At my site, my custom module for linking me.. it has html in it.

bolden parts is html.. hm. Unless I bolded the wrong thing.
