Okay.. so far, my family told me that if you wear glasses 24/7 it is bad for you. But then, some of my friends told me if you don't wear glasses it'll make your eyes worst. A few of my other friends agreed with my family... x.x so what do you think? please state why.. I really want to know why..
edit: no.. i need glasses.. but i can still see without them.. it's just a little blurry.. =/ i wore my glasses to sleep once.. lols =x |

hm well u shouldn't wear it 24/7. i use the 20/20/20 system. wear them for 20 minutes, take it off and stare at something that's 20 feet away for 20 seconds, and put em back on! yay! |
