Okay.. so far, my family told me that if you wear glasses 24/7 it is bad for you. But then, some of my friends told me if you don't wear glasses it'll make your eyes worst. A few of my other friends agreed with my family... x.x so what do you think? please state why.. I really want to know why..
edit: no.. i need glasses.. but i can still see without them.. it's just a little blurry.. =/ i wore my glasses to sleep once.. lols =x |

I am really not sure. I wear my glasses 24/7. I think it`d be better if you took off the glasses if you aren`t really focusing on something really hard, just playing outside or hanging out, you know? But if it`s school or something like that, I think they should stay on. Plus, if you take them off and on too much, you can get a headache. I could ask my grandpa, though, he`s an optimitrist. I`ll get back to you on that.
