What's the best colour that mixes up or nice combination? For dark outfits?

Well, I always wear darker clothing, so, when I do wear make-up, which isn't very often I wear brown at the bottom, up the the crease, then, a tan, a lil darker than skin tone, then, a lil lighter than skin tone color, with brown eye-liner.
