help with any siz profile pic. code

so i used the code that i found on this site which allows you to have make your profile pic any size, but it doesn't work!


here's EXACTLY what i pasted into my website stats:

idk what it is but usually the codes are outdated and xanga sometimes doesnt allow codes used like that... they stopped the transition effects for example.
