just downloda the brush
unzip it
put it in your brush folder (psp files/brushes i think)

or you can download it
unzip it
save it anywhere
load it into psp by going ot file>>import > custom brush.

find out what the file extension is for the brushes for that program. say its .bar or whatever. you want to download photoshop and paint shop pro brushes. just hide the file extensions and switch them

The closest thing DIP has to brushes is the stamps option. Other than that, we are a bunch of brushless DIP's ( DIP's = Digital Image Pro Users). :(

to make a brush into a stamp you have to be able to use the brush -.-.
you have to use the brush and make it a plain image also known as a image stamp.

Some brush places allow you to download image stamps of there brushes. So if you find a place like that you can.

I don't know how to use the stamps on that program , i suggest you google for tutorials. An idea is if you find a transparent stamp you can save it on your computer and just open and copy and paste when you need it .
here are some random stanmps:

I don't know one with the heart currently , but you can search using the brush search engine

^Please make your own topic or search next time.

You get winzip here:
winzip.com

You can download psp brushes here:
http://www.createblog.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=14636

You can learn how to download brushes here:
http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&lr=&q=h...rushes+tutorial

You can learn how to use winzip here:
http://pixelfx.org
http://winzip.com

Basically add the brushes to your psp7 brush folder.
Or you can just import them into psp.
