regular website background repeating, HELP!!!! |

I am trying to help my mother create her own crafting website. It's at craftlister.com. I have a xanga, so I have knowledge of html and use it frequently. I upload her background pic (the blue one)

Number of downloads: 27but when i put it on her website, it is in thumbnail form. How do I get it big and how do I make it cover the entire page? Any help would be wonderful right now because I'm about to pull my hair out!  Thanks!
