Add to Friends and Send Message link Options

i want an Add to Friends link and a Send Message link [with those images] without the rest of the contact table.

i don't know if i worded that correctly...

but is there a code i can use?

hmm..

first, try hiding your contact box witht his code

or your could just add the links and images in your about me section or some thing which would be alot easier
