I don't know the font, but the hearts just look like a brush that they put behind the text...

the font that says "michelle" is Base 02 click here and the heart is a brush

yes the heart in the back is a brush and can be found here. scroll down untill you find "my sketchy heart". hope that helps. this is how the brush looks like.
