ad banner in wrong 'iframe', help help Options

In my xanga, inside the main content aka 'blogbody', the ad is covering up the top part of the content. I do not want to remove the ad, I simply want to put it back at the top of the whole page.

I need this problem fixed before I'm going to upload the new background I made (i made the current one).

Please help!

:edit: So far I have only seen this problem for IE. I use firefox and the ad banner is at the top. I still want to fix this for the avid IE user.
