Ok, so I made an animation for my friend, using her pictures and some photoshop stuff. It looks good and all, but after I saved it and I played it by the file, the color is some what distorted. Like they've dissolved. If you dont understand please pm me so I can show you what I mean because the file is really big. Oh just in case, I used imageready for the animation..thanks all!

I think it is because you saved the file as a Gif or JPEG, if you do, the quality will go down. If you save it in PNG format, it will have the best quality, bubt you can't save animations in PNG format.

When you save in imageready . If you look to your right you will see a long bunch of toolbars. So what you need to do is look where it says optimized. It should be the top one and edit your settings there. That may have changed your animation and made the color nasty.

Hmm..ok, so I guess I'm kind of changing the question. Is it possible that you save it with the "original" instead of "optimized". I guess the color is weird once you optimize it. Thanks!

No, you have to go to file save optimized. Im guessing its the optimized just play with the settings it might be how you saved it.

it's probably the quality, but thats my oppinion yes saving as a png would probably imporve it, but you would'nt have your animation.

Oh, oh right then, but I didnt understand when what you meant by "optimize setting". Like I know that when, in imageready, you go to edit>>preferences there's a menu that says "optimization", is that what you meant? I'm sorry, I'm kind of new at this thing, thanks though!

EDIT: Oh my god, never mind I got it!!! biggrin.gif THANKS A LOT!!!! But...when I saved it, it only plays up to a certain point and just stop...*sigh..help..again

^ I dont think so, because when I try opening it, it would just stop at the same picture and like...not going to the next frame.
