Music not playing, sometimes the music doesn't play Options

I've been putting music up using the <embed src="filesource"> tag, and it keeps playing sometimes and not playing other times. Also when I go back in to edit the tag, it always adds AllowScriptAccess="Never" in between Embed and src. when it doesn't play it gives me a little box with one or two dots in it where Windows Media should be.

So three questions...
How can I get it running all the time?
Is there a better tag I should use?
What does AllowScriptAccess="Never" mean?
