if you can import the video . yes
just try it out . If elements is missing any things that you may need then no. Actually i don't think you can because when photoshop opens gif images it opesn the first slide not all . i suggest you try . most likely no . not so sure though. |

i tried importing the video and it worked but i have to capture each frame. then the frames pops upi in sepreate windows. do i have to copy and paste all of then to one? or is there a easier way
