Okay, I searched through 3 pages using the keywords 'rich' and 'famous', but all I got were random topics that had nothing to do with it, so I figured there was no point in searching through the other 14 pages. Sorry if there's a duplicate topic and don't be like OH EM EFF GEE YOU'RE THE DUPLICATE TOPIC NAZI. People make mistakes.

Anyway, would you rather be rich or famous?

Not self-appointed. Mishyerr called me the duplicate topic nazi (I'm effing annoying, I admit it) and I stuck with it.

I'd rather be famous. I want to be well-known and well respected. I don't care about money. I'd love to be someone people talk about in a positive way.

definitely rich. being famous isn't as awesome as people cut it out to be. you're always portrayed (in tabloids) as someone that you really aren't, and plus, you get absolutely no privacy. i'd prefer being rich and unknown than famous.

if famous, WHY would i be famous. cause .. if i'm famous for being tha fastest envolope licker in tha world, that wouldn't get me anywhere. but if i was famous for being a good singer, then people would want me in commericials, singing about their brand. or to sing in a concert. then THAT would get me money .

Rich. If you're famous, it's more likely for one to be disliked because so many people know them. It's got to be the worst feeling to know you're hated, especially for no reason. If I was rich, I'd be able to have all the shoes and jeans and CD's and all that good stuff.
