how come my sig was removed & along w/ a few other members, too ? for advertising dynasty ?. well, read this, TAKEN FROM THA COMMUNITY GUIDELINES.

Posting a thread for the sole purpose of advertising is not allowed. personal pages are only allowed in your signature, and commercial pages are only allowed for purposes of providing information.

But they didn't do that for Gen-F. Kind of unfair how Gen-F could "advertise" for such a long time, and when Dynasty just started, the sigs got removed.

Well, there were a lot of situations in the past dealing with the advertising of competing sites in signatures. It was kind of common sense/word of mouth that it wasn't appropriate. Also, it sounds like they sort of specifity which sites are allowed in the Community Guidelines. Personal sites = blogging sites, domains, subdomains, audioscrobblers, etc. Commercial sites are sites such as wikipedia that offer information. I guess maybe it should be more clear, but they do kind of specify which sites are immediately allowed. Maybe it should include which kinds of sites aren't allowed though..

CB is a forum focused on WEBDESIGN and XANGA/MYSPACE/BLOGGER skins while Dynasty offers MUSIC, MOVIES, ETC (you have to register to see the iPod section of our forums). I would expect to hear no advertising from BOXDEN before I heard no advertising from CB.

People don't come to our forum to get Xanga Skins, or ask for Myspace help. People come for friendly chatter and sharing music. diamonds are foreveeeeerrrrrrrrrrrrr
